About The Position

This is an entry-level opportunity for competitive and outgoing individuals where effort directly drives income. Experience in customer service, brand ambassador work, event marketing, promotions, canvassing, or entry-level sales is helpful but not required, as a structured training program is provided. Brand Ambassadors will represent Expo Home Improvement at retail locations, shows, and events throughout the Austin area. The primary responsibility is engaging homeowners and setting qualified appointments for the sales team. Expo Home Improvement is a top-rated Texas-based home remodeling company, specializing in high-quality bathroom, kitchen, and window remodels for residential customers since 2006. Requirements

  • Strong communicator
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and performance-driven
  • Reliable transportation and availability for events
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (e.g., event materials, signage)
  • Comfortable with prolonged periods of speaking and engaging with the public
  • Ability to travel to multiple locations within a workday (retail sites and events)
  • Must be able to stop, reach, and bend occasionally when setting up booths or materials
  • Must be able to report to and work from different assigned locations, which may vary day to day based on business needs

  • Participate in ongoing training and development
