About The Position
Renuity is seeking a Brand Ambassador to represent the company at in-store retail events and local marketing campaigns. The role involves engaging customers face-to-face to educate them about premium home improvement solutions, delivering confident product presentations, and generating qualified leads. This position also includes participating in ongoing training and professional development, with the opportunity to use this role as a launchpad into a long-term career in Sales or Leadership.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or other customer-facing roles
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed performance goals
- Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached
- Comfortable traveling within the local area for events and store placements
