Brand Ambassador (Full-Time or Part-Time)
About The Position
Statewide Remodeling, a proud company of the Renuity family, is seeking Brand Ambassadors to revolutionize home improvement. This role involves interacting with customers face-to-face in retail stores and events to promote products and generate interest. The goal is to help customers arrange free in-home consultations for home renovation services by initiating conversations, setting appointments, and assisting customers in a clear and friendly way. The Brand Ambassador will represent the brand with confidence and professionalism, collaborating with a high-performing team to meet daily and weekly goals. This position is for a W2 Employee and can be either Full-Time or Part-Time.
Requirements
- Must have weekend availability
- Friendly, fun, and positive attitude
- Genuine interest in working with the public and creating great experiences
- Comfortable working independently and personal drive for excellence.
- Must have reliable transportation, this role may require you to go to multiple locations in the same day, or to community events, some of which may not be near public transit.
- Criminal background checks required

- Face-to-Face Marketing, brand ambassador, appointment setting, or lead generation experience – a plus!
- Customer Service Roles (in-person or call center)
- Retail (sales associates, cashiers, team leads, merchandisers)
- Restaurants (servers, bartenders, hosts, front-of-house staff)
- Hospitality (hotel front desk, concierge, event staff)
- Fast Food & Quick-Service Restaurants (cashiers, shift leads, drive-thru)
- Retail and customer service experience highly valued
