About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Pre-Sales Specialist to drive lead generation, increase brand awareness, and convert prospects into gym memberships. This role is critical in building a strong pipeline of potential members prior to and during active sales cycles. The ideal candidate is energetic, outgoing, and passionate about fitness, with a strong ability to connect with people and represent the brand in the community. As a Crunch Ambassador, you are the face of our brand before we even open our doors. You’ll create excitement, connect with the community, and drive founding membership sales.

Requirements

  • Sales Savvy: Goal-oriented and motivated by results; comfortable asking for the sale.
  • Reliable Transportation: Ability to travel locally for outreach and events.
  • Flexible Availability: Willing to work evenings, weekends, and during peak community hours.

Responsibilities

  • Create excitement, connect with the community, and drive founding membership sales.
  • Get out into the community—local businesses, events, and high-traffic areas—to spread the word and build relationships.
  • Work both in the field and from our pre-sale office to identify prospects, distribute marketing materials, and convert leads into members.
  • Bring high energy and enthusiasm while showcasing why Crunch is the ultimate fitness destination.
  • Embody our “No Judgments” philosophy with positivity and inclusivity—in person and on social media.
  • Develop local partnerships to drive awareness and cross-promotional opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new lead opportunities through outreach, events, partnerships, and digital channels.
  • Conduct daily prospecting activities including calls, text, social media engagement, and in-person networking.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Develop relationships with local businesses and organizations to increase visibility.
  • Engage prospective members, understand their fitness goals, and present tailored membership options.
