Requirements

Proven experience in automotive sales or luxury sales
Passion for premium vehicles and delivering outstanding customer experience
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented mindset
Valid driver's license and OMVIC certification

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Provide a VIP buying experience from the first test drive to vehicle delivery
Stay up to date on latest models, features, and industry trends
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Collaborate with the finance department to ensure seamless transactions
