About The Position

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you are responsible for bringing the Aerie brand to life every day by providing an amazing shopping experience for every guest. You are the face of the company, passionate about the products, and dedicated to building brand loyalty. You are expected to represent the company's values and bring your authentic self to work.

Requirements

• Love interacting with people.
• Full of energy and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work when guests shop, including evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Previous retail experience.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they're looking for, with a "friends first" mindset.
• Educate guests on product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs, demonstrating passion for AE & Aerie products.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Flex between various zones including the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy, prioritizing guest satisfaction.
• Assist the team in completing tasks and achieving goals.
• Adhere to AEO's policies & procedures with integrity.
