About The Position

2020 Companies is hiring Seasonal Brand Ambassadors! Do you light up a room, love meeting new people, and thrive in social environments? We're looking for energetic, outgoing Brand Ambassadors to represent a nationally recognized premium tobacco brand at retail locations throughout your territory. In this highly interactive role, you'll engage adult consumers through one-on-one conversations, introduce brand offerings, gather consumer feedback, and distribute promotional offers. Dates: 7/1/2026 – 12/31/2026 Pay: $25 per hour Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday Location: Daily travel within the territory Required: Must be at least 21 years of age, have reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license This role is perfect for people who enjoy being on the move, meeting new people every day, and getting paid to create engaging brand experiences.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities
Comfortable approaching and engaging consumers in a retail environment
Professional appearance and demeanor
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to utilize mobile applications and reporting tools
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Ability to stand for extended periods and remain active throughout scheduled events
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
Must be at least 21 years of age

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, event marketing, or promotional marketing roles preferred

Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory
Engage adult tobacco consumers in meaningful, compliant conversations about tobacco products
Verify age eligibility and ensure all interactions comply with company policies, local regulations, and program guidelines
Administer consumer surveys and accurately collect market feedback and insights
Distribute approved promotional materials and consumer offers, including coupons and incentives
Educate consumers on available promotions
Encourage purchase consideration through consultative consumer engagement
Build positive relationships with retail personnel and store management
Accurately document activity results, consumer interactions, and survey completion through designated reporting systems
Maintain all program materials, displays, and activation assets in a professional manner
Travel throughout the assigned territory to support scheduled retail visits and events
