About The Position

Resurgence Brewing Co. (RBC) believes that enjoying a well-crafted brew is an experience in itself. However, it's an experience best shared with friends, both new and old. Our goal is to deliver memorable beverage moments to the drinkers of the world, whether they're at home, in their favorite bar, or on a tour of our extraordinary brewery.
RBC is located in the heart of the City of Good Neighbors, Buffalo, NY. We're a young brewery, established in 2013, on the heels of the "resurgence" of the city. Many are flocking to the region for our good eats, affordable living, friendly atmosphere, craft brew scene, new opportunities, and, of course, experiencing all four seasons! We're a big city, but not too big. There are very few degrees of separation and we value hard work. We're die-hard sports fans, perfectly positioned between the Great Lakes (on Lake Erie) and the Finger Lakes, and rich in history, architecture, and the arts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver License to travel to off-site locations
• Flexibility
• Personable attitude to interact with customers/guests
• Ability to be standing/on your feet for long periods of time
• Reliable, attentive to schedule
• Professional appearance; able to build relationships with customers and partners
• Organized and able to work independently
• Must be of state legal age to serve alcohol in your respective state
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a hospitality or brand advocacy role desired

Responsibilities

• Represent RBC's family of brands to increase awareness and build the customer base through events and promotions.
• Execute events including transporting materials and supplies, set-up, tear-down, providing product samples and merchandise.
• Engage with customers and potential customers, answering questions about products.
• Provide an overall FU Awesome Resurgence experience.
