About The Position

Southern Traditions Window Fashions is seeking a friendly, approachable, and outgoing candidate in the Greenville area to greet, interact with, and schedule appointments for our sales team in retail and trade show environments. The ideal candidate will represent Southern Traditions and independently manage our display at 3 Costco warehouses in the Greenville, Spartanburg, and Columbia areas. This role requires confidence in engaging with people and representing the brand effectively. Occasional evening/weekend work may be required for switching out promotional graphics.

Requirements

• Customer service experience is recommended.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a standing position.
• Ability to work scheduled events, working 10-11 hour shifts as needed.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in sales or window fashions is not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event setup and breakdown of display for events.
• Ability to work independently; punctual and professional demeanor.
• Provide excellent customer service with strong communication skills.
• Promote our products and showcase our brand to retailers and consumers.
• Input contact information accurately for our sales team.
• Familiarize yourself with our mission, core values, and process.
• Manage and track event equipment, materials, and promotional items.
