About The Position
Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their Community Marketing Program as Brand Ambassadors. This role involves engaging with the public in high-traffic areas such as malls or casinos, as well as at events like trade shows, festivals, and conferences. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering quality support for Sales and Marketing processes, engaging in face-to-face conversations with prospective customers, sharing information about the vacation club experience, and inviting guests to attend vacation ownership presentations. This is a full-time, commission-driven role with an hourly rate and uncapped earning potential, ideal for ambitious and motivated individuals looking to earn money while having fun.
Requirements
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills, and smart devices.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Nice To Haves
- 1 to 3 years of sales and or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
- College Degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure.
- Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals.
- Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
- Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, keep current on marketing information and materials, keep current on industry trends.
- Engage in face-to-face conversations with prospective customers and share information about the vacation club experience.
- Invite and incentivize guests to attend award-winning vacation ownership presentations.
