About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners. We're hiring outgoing, dependable individuals who enjoy meeting new people and representing our brand at local events and retail locations. Qualified candidates may move forward in the hiring process immediately following their interview.

Requirements

• Comfortable talking to new people and building rapport
• Positive, reliable, and self-motivated
• Interested in gaining experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement
• Able to stand for extended periods during events and lift up to 50-lbs
• Personal reliable transportation required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Saturday and Sunday availability required

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand at events, retail stores, and community locations
• Start conversations and connect with potential customers
• Share information about our window and door solutions
• Help set up free in-home consultations for the sales team
