About The Position

INFINITI of Charlotte is seeking motivated, professional individuals to join their sales team as INFINITI Brand Ambassadors. This role is not for the stereotypical car salesperson, but rather for individuals who can build relationships, communicate effectively, provide an exceptional customer experience, and represent a luxury brand appropriately. Automotive sales experience is not required; individuals with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, enjoyment of working with people, and willingness to learn will be trained in the automotive business.

Help customers throughout the entire vehicle-buying experience.
Build relationships with new and existing customers.
Respond to internet and phone inquiries.
Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles.
Conduct professional product presentations and test drives.
Follow up with customers.
Help create the type of experience expected from a luxury automotive dealership.
Represent the INFINITI brand and INFINITI of Charlotte with professionalism every day.
