About The Position

MDX Global is looking for charismatic, high-energy Brand Ambassador / Sales Representatives to join our Costco roadshow team, representing Sebamed skincare products at live in-store demonstrations across the United States. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys connecting with customers, and loves the excitement of live product demonstrations and performance-based sales. Requirements

• Passion for skincare or wellness products
• Natural sales ability and confidence speaking with customers
• Energetic, outgoing personalities and comfort engaging large numbers of shoppers
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a retail environment
• Strong organization and adaptability in a fast-paced demonstration setting
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable standing for 4–11 hours per day

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers through live product demonstrations and sampling
• Educate customers about Sebamed skincare products and benefits
• Build rapport with customers and drive product sales
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing demonstration station
• Track daily sales and inventory
• Meet or exceed sales benchmarks within the company ranking system
• Set up and break down displays and prepare product samples
