Part-Time Brand Ambassador / Sales Representative
About The Position
MDX GLOBAL is hiring high-energy Brand Ambassadors to represent Sebamed skincare at Costco roadshows across the country. This is a live demonstration and direct sales role where you will engage shoppers, educate them on product benefits, and drive purchases. You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining a professional demo station, tracking sales, and meeting performance benchmarks. The ideal candidate has a background in retail, hospitality, fitness, or direct sales, is comfortable approaching strangers, thrives in a performance-based environment, and can represent a premium brand confidently. Prior experience in retail, live demos, direct sales, or brand ambassador work is strongly preferred. Sebamed is a dermatologist-trusted German skincare brand with a strong product that sells itself to informed customers.
Requirements
- Comfortable approaching and engaging strangers
- Experience in a performance-based or commission role
- Self-directed: no one needs to tell you to stay busy or keep engaging
- Present yourself professionally and can represent a premium skincare brand confidently
- Can stand and stay active for full shifts (4–11 hours)
- Handle light lifting up to 50 lbs

- Background in beauty or skincare
- Prior experience in retail, live demos, direct sales, or brand ambassador work
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain a professional, visually appealing demo station inside Costco
- Actively engage passing shoppers - starting conversations, not waiting for them
- Demonstrate Sebamed products, educate customers on benefits, and drive purchases
- Track daily sales figures and maintain accurate inventory
- Meet or exceed daily unit benchmarks
- Break down and store your station at close of shift
