About The Position

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring the Aerie brand to life by giving every guest an enjoyable shopping experience. You represent the company, build brand loyalty, share your enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products, and embody company values. You will be trained to use the AEO Selling Model and can work across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed. This role involves working in a fast-paced retail environment and being available during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Enjoy interacting with people and bring energy to a fast-paced environment.
• Be able to handle multiple tasks.
• Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be at least 16 years of age.

• Previous retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model and a “friends first” mindset.
• Educate guests about product details and suggest products that meet their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Assist teammates and contribute to getting the job done.
• Follow AEO policies and procedures with integrity.
