About The Position

Panhandle Cleaning & Restoration is a growing, family-owned fire, water, storm damage, and mold remediation company. We are hiring a Brand Ambassador to represent our company in the local market by building relationships, opening doors, and generating qualified meetings — without the pressure of a traditional sales position. This is a relationship-building and territory development role, not a closing role. Senior sales staff handle pricing, negotiations, and deal closing.

Requirements

Enjoy in-person networking and relationship building
Confident starting conversations
Organized and self-motivated
Prefer building trust over aggressive selling
Comfortable working independently in the field
Sales experience is helpful but not required
Backgrounds that translate well: Hospitality, Account Management, Customer Success, Community or nonprofit work, Business networking roles, Entry-level professionals looking to grow

Responsibilities

Make face-to-face visits to local businesses
Build relationships with Property Managers, Commercial Facilities, Insurance Agents, Plumbers, and Business Owners
Navigate gatekeepers professionally
Identify potential service needs
Schedule “at-the-desk” meetings for senior sales
Attend meetings alongside senior sales (no solo closing)
Represent the company at networking events and Chamber meetings
Maintain long-term relationships after onboarding
