About The Position

Panhandle Cleaning & Restoration is a growing, family-owned fire, water, storm damage, and mold remediation company. We are hiring a Brand Ambassador to represent our company in the local market by building relationships, opening doors, and generating qualified meetings — without the pressure of a traditional sales position. This is a relationship-building and territory development role, not a closing role. Senior sales staff handle pricing, negotiations, and deal closing. Success is measured by meetings set, relationships developed, market visibility, and professional consistency. If you enjoy meeting people but don’t want high-pressure sales, this is a strong fit.

Requirements

Enjoy in-person networking and relationship building
Confident starting conversations
Organized and self-motivated
Prefer building trust over aggressive selling
Comfortable working independently in the field
Sales experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

Make face-to-face visits to local businesses
Build relationships with Property Managers, Commercial Facilities, Insurance Agents, Plumbers, and Business Owners
Navigate gatekeepers professionally
Identify potential service needs
Schedule “at-the-desk” meetings for senior sales
Attend meetings alongside senior sales (no solo closing)
Represent the company at networking events and Chamber meetings
Maintain long-term relationships after onboarding
