Brand Ambassador Lead

DEZER DEVELOPMENT LLCOrlando, FL
Onsite

About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, self-driven Brand Ambassador Lead to spearhead our on-the-ground marketing and outside sales efforts and act as the connective tissue between our field team and our marketing/sales leadership. This role builds on the foundation of our Brand Ambassador position but is designed for someone ready to take on greater ownership: leading placement strategy, mentoring team members, deepening partner relationships, and jumping in wherever the marketing or outside sales function needs support. Dezerland Park Orlando is more than Florida’s largest indoor attraction. We’re a playground for families, friends, and teammates to come together and create unforgettable memories. With over 800,000 square feet of different attractions like a gel blaster arena, axe-throwing, pinball arcade, and even one of the world’s largest auto museums, there’s something here for everyone. But what really makes Dezerland special is our people. We’re fostering a culture that feels like family supportive, fun, and collaborative, where every team member plays a part in bringing joy to our guests.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; some college or relevant coursework a plus.
  • Valid Florida Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • 3+ years of experience in outside sales, field marketing, brand ambassador work, or a related role
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with external partners independently.
  • Strong leadership instincts — comfortable mentoring or guiding peers even without formal management authority.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport with new contacts.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a multi-location territory.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Comfortable with data tracking/reporting (inventory logs, KPI tracking, photo documentation).
  • Bilingual skills a plus.
  • Ability to walk, stand, and move throughout hotels and partner locations for extended periods.
  • Flexible availability, including occasional evenings, weekends, or peak tourism periods.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the distribution, placement, and replenishment of marketing materials (rack cards, brochures, flyers, and other collateral) across hotels, resorts, and high-traffic visitor locations.
  • Set and maintain brand display standards; conduct quality-control check-ins to ensure materials at all partner locations are fully stocked, clean, and prominently displayed.
  • Own inventory tracking for all marketing materials across the full territory, coordinating replenishment schedules and flagging shortages before they become issues.
  • Capture and organize photo documentation of brochure placements, displays, and vehicle placements for reporting and brand-consistency review.
  • Coordinate placement of select museum vehicles at partner hotels and businesses, identifying high-visibility opportunities and negotiating terms where needed.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with hotel staff, concierges, OTA partners, and other key hospitality contacts, acting as a senior point of contact for escalations or high-value partnerships.
  • Educate hotel and partner teams on current park promotions, ticket offers, and seasonal events so they can better inform guests.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new placement opportunities and partnerships with hospitality and tourism businesses, leading outreach and initial pitch conversations.
  • Represent Dezerland Park at local tourism, hospitality, and networking events, and lead setup/staffing of tabletop displays or information stands at internal and external events and trade shows.
  • Provide regular (weekly or as scheduled) performance summaries to the marketing/oversight manager, including wins, challenges, high-performing locations, and team-wide trends.
  • Relay partner feedback, market intelligence, and emerging opportunities to leadership to help shape marketing and sales strategy.
  • Support broader marketing initiatives as needed — this may include assisting with campaign rollouts, promotional pushes, seasonal event support, content/photo capture for social or marketing use, or other outside sales projects assigned by the marketing team.
  • Act as a flexible utility player for the marketing and outside sales function: willing and able to pick up tasks outside the "typical" day-to-day when the team needs extra hands.

  • Health, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • Short-term and long-term disability
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Annual performance reviews
