About The Position

Alchemysts Inc. is a leading North American marketing agency dedicated to beverage brands—spanning spirits, beer, wine, and beyond. We bring brands to life through immersive, experience-driven campaigns—and our Brand Ambassadors are at the heart of it all. We are currently looking for Brand Ambassadors (Bartenders & Experiential) in Ontario. This role goes beyond bartending—you’ll represent leading beverage brands, engage consumers, and deliver standout experiences at events and activations.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of bartending or hospitality experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you’re confident engaging with a wide range of people
• Passion for beverages and storytelling through brand experiences
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environments
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Valid responsible beverage service certification based on your province (e.g., Smart Serve in Ontario, Serving It Right in British Columbia, ProServe in Alberta)
• Ability to comply with all local regulations related to beverage service and handling

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a brand ambassador or in experiential marketing
• Knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, or cocktails
• Previous event or festival experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages in line with brand standards
• Act as a knowledgeable brand ambassador, sharing product stories, key messaging, and brand values
• Create a welcoming, engaging, and high-energy experience for guests
• Support event setup and teardown, including bar builds, product setup, and organization
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar and activation space
• Ensure all service is compliant with local regulations and responsible service practices
• Collaborate with Activation Managers and team members to deliver seamless events
• Represent Alchemysts and client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm
