About The Position
We're engaging experienced, self-directed Brand Advisors for a short-term event project in the Woodbridge, VA market to represent POV for an exclusive brand founder event on September 19th. This event will take place at Sephora 629 Woodbridge.
Requirements
- Proven prestige beauty/retail selling experience and a track record of hitting aggressive sales goals
- Experience running or working beauty events and knowledge of how to create energy on a floor
- Ability to operate independently — manage your own approach to hitting the number without hand-holding
- Availability for the full set of event dates listed
- Reliable transportation to the event locations
Responsibilities
- Driving sales toward ambitious event targets during live in-store events
- Executing event mechanics — GWPs, TOAs, and the specific focus of each activation
- Bringing high energy and expert client engagement that makes the event feel like an experience
- Rallying and activating the store team so the whole floor is behind the event
- Representing premium national brands with polish and professionalism
