About The Position

This is a full-time, dedicated Brand Advisor role for the North Los Angeles, CA area, focusing exclusively on one high-profile prestige beauty brand that is anticipated to be a major launch. The role offers a ground-floor opportunity to own the brand's presence in assigned Sephora stores and grow with it from the beginning. The ideal candidate will have significant Sephora experience, strong existing relationships, and an ownership mindset to ensure a successful launch and ongoing brand presence.

Requirements

Established experience working in Sephora, with existing relationships and a strong reputation in-store (required)
A proven track record as a top seller and educator in prestige beauty
Deep product knowledge in skincare and/or makeup
A can-do, positive, accountable attitude — you take ownership and follow through without being asked
Excellent communication skills; polished, professional, and well-presented
Self-motivated and reliable, and comfortable being the sole brand representative in your market
Availability for retail hours, including weekends and key event dates
Must be in good standing with Sephora and able to work in their locations

Responsibilities

Serve as the dedicated expert and face of the brand at assigned Sephora location(s)
Drive sales through expert product education, live demonstrations, and genuine customer connection
Master the brand's full range, story, and technology to educate with authority and confidence
Build and nurture strong relationships with Sephora store leadership and staff
Deliver a consistent, on-brand experience every shift
Execute launches, events, and in-store activations with energy and polish
Meet and exceed sales goals, taking full ownership of results
Complete post-shift reporting and stay connected with the Headkount team via the Headkount app (Connecteam)
