About The Position

As a Branch Team Lead, you'll play a key role in motivating, coaching, and supporting your team. Through your leadership, you'll bring focus to goals and vision while building strong relationships and driving results. Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years insurance brokerage experience
Excellent communication and time management skills
Strong organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail and accuracy

Nice To Haves

Some leadership experience preferred
Level 2 General Insurance License
Industry designation (CAIB, CIP, FCIP, CRM)

Responsibilities

Provide a positive work environment that attracts, retains, and motivates talent
Coach, train, and motivate team members to meet service and sales goals
Support operational reporting and manage team targets and performance metrics
Assist the Branch Manager (or oversee objectives in their absence) and ensure daily service commitments are met
Answer client and associate questions, handle service/call escalations, answer phone inquiries, complete special projects, train new hires, and assist in creating processes
Maintain relationships with employees to ensure quality service standards are met
