About The Position
This position may be based out of any of our following Northeast locations listed below: New York: Depew, Liverpool, and Saratoga Springs. Massachusetts: Chicopee. Vermont: Colchester. In this position, you will be a key member of our IT & Facilities team, where primary responsibilities are to provide electrical, building and technology support to a rapidly growing company! Duties include electrical, data integration, maintenance and IT work.

Responsibilities
- Ensures assigned equipment is in proper working order and available for use.
- Maintains physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment.
- Receives, manages, and processes work order requests; ensures problems are resolved quickly.
- Acts as liaison between employees and any outside contractors needed to resolve specialized problems.
- Drafts and implements preventive maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment.
- Ensures safety standards are followed throughout facility.
- Maintains inventory of supplies; reorders as needed
- Read technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support.
- Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
- Train users in the proper use of hardware or software.
- Refer major hardware or software problems or defective products to vendors or technicians for service.
- Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
- Prepare evaluations of software or hardware and recommend improvements or upgrades.
- Confer with staff, users, and management to establish requirements for new systems or modifications.
- Inspect equipment and read order sheets to prepare for delivery to users.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
