About The Position

Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Branch Supervisor in our Irving, TX location. This location sells HVAC & plumbing products. As a Branch Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading a team to become the "Best Local Supply House" by aligning sales strategy with customer experience and fostering strong local relationships. You will ensure sales goals are met, drive customer satisfaction, develop associates, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment, and will cultivate a positive culture through effective leadership.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of budgets and financials
• Experience in creating and sustaining a high-performance culture
• Ability to identify team training needs and support associate development
• Ability to adapt to and engage with the local market culture and business environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience in building engaged & motivated sales teams is preferred
• 3-5 years of HVAC and/or plumbing product knowledge is preferred

Responsibilities

• P&L management, sales growth, customer service, and associate development
• Build customer relationships and own existing company-assigned customer accounts
• Carry out local sales plans with attention to real customer needs
• Coordinate pricing, inventory control, and logistics to support day-to-day business operations
• Lead all sales, operations, and logistics associates, promoting a customer-first approach, driving accountability, and cultivating a high-performing, values-driven culture
• Promote and maintain a safety-first culture by following and reinforcing all HSE policies and behaviors
