Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work retail store hours as necessary, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a retail/security environment.
• 1 year prior experience in a security-related position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure environment for clients and employees.
• Serve as an ambassador and first point of contact for Tiffany clients, providing a positive Tiffany experience.
• Support store operations and controls, including security and back-of-house functions.
• Deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and spend, acting as a Tiffany ambassador.
• Carry out store operations to support sales plan achievement.
• Elevate the in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments.
• Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during customer interactions.
• Execute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities.
• Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service.
• Partner with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft, report missing assets, respond to emergencies, and implement Incident Management Programs.
• Ensure security systems and procedures are adhered to through daily inspections, equipment and alarm tests, and key access management.
• Carry out operations tasks including opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with facilities repairs and communicate with the store team.

Benefits

• The hiring range for this position ranges from $21.25 – $25.00. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
