About The Position

Carrier Enterprise (CE) is seeking a Wholesale Branch Sales Representative to join their team. This role focuses on growing sales of HVAC products, parts, and supplies to licensed HVAC/R dealers and contractors. The company is a leading national distributor with a significant presence across multiple states and countries, operating primarily in a B2B environment.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to maximize sales potential.
• Create and maintain detailed customer profiles.
• Identify growth opportunities for assigned accounts and new accounts.
• Assist Branch Sales Associates on opportunities as needed.
• Leverage monthly/seasonal promotions for assigned accounts to maximize customer engagement.
• Participate in account reviews for assigned customer lists.
• Provide input to Wholesale Management and Product Management on products to be stocked and levels needed.
• Mentor Branch Sales Associates on sales skills.
• Provide superior customer service to both external and internal customers.
• Learn and utilize internal industry-leading technology offerings.
• Stay current on sales training courses and continued learning.
• Perform regular recruiting efforts to grow the account list.
• This role may require occasional travel to various locations for training sessions, professional development opportunities, meetings, or other work-related activities. Candidates should be prepared to travel, with advance notice provided whenever possible or as it relates to their specific role.
