About The Position

The Branch Sales Representative, reporting to the Regional Manager, will focus on growing sales of our entire product offering to an assigned account list by utilizing technology, understanding market needs, and building relationships. This role may require occasional travel to various locations for training sessions, professional development opportunities, meetings, or other work-related activities. Candidates should be prepared to travel, with advance notice provided whenever possible or as it relates to their specific role. In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is held accountable for all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated sales experience preferred
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Driver’s License.
  • Must have a clean driving record for at least the past 3 years.
  • Knowledge of Gemaire’s applications
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly energetic, motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic.
  • Proactive and resourceful in an autonomous work environment.
  • Must be results, detail, and team-oriented.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize Sales Potential: Develop and maintain customer relationships to maximize sales potential.
  • Create and maintain detailed customer profiles.
  • Identify growth opportunities for assigned and new branch target accounts.
  • Assist Branch Sales Associates on opportunities as needed.
  • Leverage monthly/seasonal promotions for assigned accounts to maximize customer engagement.
  • Participate in account reviews for assigned customer lists.
  • Provide input to Product Management on products to be stocked and levels needed.
  • Document customer interactions, manage pipeline activities, and uphold strong CRM hygiene to ensure accurate, reliable data in Salesforce.
  • Mentor Branch Sales Associates on sales skills.
  • Provide superior customer service to both external and internal customers.
  • Learn and utilize internal industry-leading technology offerings.
  • Stay current on sales training courses and continued learning.
  • Perform regular recruiting efforts to grow the account list.
