In the Wholesale Branch Sales Representative role, reporting to the Branch Sales Manager, will focus on growing sales of our entire product offering to an assigned account list by utilizing technology, understanding market needs, and building relationships. This position is eligible for performance-based bonuses and incentives.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
One (1) year of customer sales, and customer service experience
Sales, account management, or customer service experience.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Ability to grow sales and develop existing customer accounts.
Comfortable using technology and CRM tools.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain customer relationships to maximize sales potential.
Create and maintain detailed customer profiles.
Identify growth opportunities for assigned accounts and new accounts.
Assist Branch Sales Associates on opportunities as needed.
Leverage monthly/seasonal promotions for assigned accounts to maximize customer engagement.
Participate in account reviews for assigned customer lists.
Provide input to Wholesale Management and Product Management on products to be stocked and levels needed.
Mentor Branch Sales Associates on sales skills.
Provide superior customer service to both external and internal customers.
Learn and utilize internal industry-leading technology offerings.
Stay current on sales training courses and continued learning.
Perform regular recruiting efforts to grow the account list.
This role may require occasional travel to various locations for training sessions, professional development opportunities, meetings, or other work-related activities. Candidates should be prepared to travel, with advance notice provided whenever possible or as it relates to their specific role.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite.
