About The Position

Carrier Enterprise (CE) is a leading national distributor of residential and light commercial HVAC products, parts, and supplies. We are seeking a Wholesale Branch Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on growing sales of our entire product offering to an assigned account list by utilizing technology, understanding market needs, and building relationships. The position reports to the Branch Sales Manager and is eligible for performance-based bonuses and incentives. We operate primarily in the B2B environment, selling our products through licensed HVAC dealers and contractors. With over 200+ locations across 28 states, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Latin America, Mexico, and Canada, we are well-positioned to meet our customers' HVAC/R needs.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Driver’s License.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly energetic, motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic.
• Proactive and resourceful in an autonomous work environment.
• Must be results, detail, and team-oriented.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess excellent organizational skills.

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to maximize sales potential.
• Create and maintain detailed customer profiles.
• Identify growth opportunities for assigned accounts and new accounts.
• Assist Branch Sales Associates on opportunities as needed.
• Leverage monthly/seasonal promotions for assigned accounts to maximize customer engagement.
• Participate in account reviews for assigned customer lists.
• Provide input to Wholesale Management and Product Management on products to be stocked and levels needed.
• Mentor Branch Sales Associates on sales skills.
• Provide superior customer service to both external and internal customers.
• Learn and utilize internal industry-leading technology offerings.
• Stay current on sales training courses and continued learning.
• Perform regular recruiting efforts to grow the account list.
• This role may require occasional travel to various locations for training sessions, professional development opportunities, meetings, or other work-related activities. Candidates should be prepared to travel, with advance notice provided whenever possible or as it relates to their specific role.
