The Branch Sales Manager supports a branch in attaining sales goals and branch revenue objectives. They are responsible for improving the productivity of the assigned group of sales colleagues for residential products and services and provide mentoring and coaching to field sales professionals to maximize performance within their defined market. Key Performance Indicators include Customer NPS, Revenue growth, Cost control, Customer retention, and Colleague retention and engagement.
