About The Position

Lade Electric Supply, an affiliate of USESI, is seeking an experienced Branch Sales Associate to join our Lawrenceville, GA team. This is more than a traditional counter sales position. It is a trusted role that combines branch operations, customer service, relationship building, sales, and warehouse support. As one of the branch’s key holders, you’ll be responsible for opening the facility each morning, serving professional electrical contractors, and helping ensure the branch operates efficiently from the moment the doors open. We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, building long-term customer relationships, and taking ownership of customer needs from start to finish. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and understands that exceptional service is built on responsiveness, communication, and follow-through.

Requirements

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated customer service or sales experience required.
Ability to work an early morning schedule and serve as the branch opening key holder required.
Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn business software and ERP systems required.
Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and work in both office and warehouse environments.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Experience serving professional contractors in electrical distribution strongly preferred.
Candidates with experience in HVAC, plumbing, industrial, building materials, fasteners, or other contractor-focused wholesale distribution are encouraged to apply.
Electrical product knowledge preferred.
Counter sales or inside sales experience in a wholesale distribution environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as a key holder and open the branch each business day, ensuring the facility is fully operational and ready to serve customers by 6:00 a.m.
Perform opening procedures and help maintain a safe, secure, clean, and professional branch environment.
Exercise sound judgment while working independently during opening hours.
Demonstrate exceptional reliability and punctuality, as this position plays a critical role in daily branch operations.
Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in, phone, and email customers.
Build lasting relationships with electrical contractors and other customers through knowledgeable, responsive, and professional service.
Prepare quotations, enter sales orders, process returns (RGAs), and coordinate inventory transfers.
Take ownership of customer requests from start to finish, working with purchasing, warehouse personnel, vendors, and teammates to deliver the best possible outcome.
Proactively communicate order status and resolve issues before they become customer problems.
Recommend products and solutions that help customers complete their projects successfully.
Develop long-term customer relationships built on trust, responsiveness, and reliability.
Identify opportunities to increase sales through product recommendations and complementary solutions.
Support branch sales growth by delivering an exceptional customer experience on every interaction.
Represent Lade Electric Supply professionally and help strengthen our reputation within the local contractor community.
Prepare will-call orders and support daily order fulfillment.
Receive, stock, organize, and transfer inventory accurately.
Assist with warehouse operations and material handling as business needs require.
Safely operate warehouse equipment while following all company policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales counter and warehouse.
