About The Position

EmployBridge is seeking a Branch Recruiter for a seasonal opportunity in Longmont, CO. This role is focused on changing lives one day at a time by finding great people great jobs. As a Recruiter, you will brainstorm with your team, use creative thinking to attract candidates, apply marketing skills to postings and social media, conduct interviews to find the right candidates, build a pipeline of people, and manage the drug screen, background check, and I-9 processes to get candidates to work.

Requirements

Ability to manage multiple clients on a daily basis
Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
