The Branch Parts Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient and profitable operation of branch’s Parts Department in a manner that reflects the company’s vision of working as “One Professional Team.” This role ensures direct reports receive the necessary tooling, training, and direction to execute their responsibilities. The manager will develop and manage the Parts Department budget, oversee inventory, establish customer relationships, and provide support to parts counter personnel. Additionally, this role involves managing customer communications, resolving complaints, and assisting customers with parts inquiries and sales. The position also includes supervisory responsibilities for the Parts Coordinator, Parts Clerk, Driver, and General Warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
