We are seeking a Branch Operations Specialist to join California Bank & Trust to service our clients and customers in the Orange, CA region. The Branch Operations Specialist plays a key role in delivering high-quality client service, supporting daily branch operations, and handling teller and new account transactions across the region.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must be able to accept and adapt to branch assignments throughout the Orange region ranging in duration from one day to several months.
Must have at least 4 years of experience in branch banking including assignments as Senior Teller and intermediate-level new accounts.
Proven capacity to contribute to the growth and development of branch operations, new accounts, and sales principles.
Proficient training skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to successfully build relationships with clients and team members.
Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

Supports daily branch operations across the Orange region by performing teller line transactions, opening new accounts, and assisting with customer service.
Driving is an essential function of this role and as such, employees must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Collaborates with back-office departments and assists with special projects as assigned.
Drives the achievement of high-quality customer service goals to deliver an exceptional experience for every client.
May train and guide branch staff on proper banking procedures and operational protocols.
May be reassigned to an alternate location depending on business needs within a reasonable distance (30 miles of branch location) and given proper notice.
Other duties as assigned.
