The Branch Operations Officer is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of workers engaged in receiving and paying out money and keeping records of transactions. This role ensures compliance with established Bank policies and procedures and demonstrates knowledge of, adherence to, monitoring and responsibility for compliance with state and federal regulations and laws including GLBA, Regulation Z, Regulation DD, Regulation B, Dodd-Frank Act, Elder Abuse Laws, Bank Secrecy Act in conjunction with the USA PATRIOT Act, Anti-Money Laundering and Customer Information Program, Right to Financial Privacy Act, and Community Reinvestment Act.
