About The Position

The Branch Operations Manager works with the Branch Manager to organize, plan, and implement strategies in a Sherwin-Williams floorcovering branch. This includes supporting all aspects of branch operations, including customer service, marketing, merchandising, inventory, finances, and safety. This role will assist in supervising and training staff and be responsible for contacting customers to generate sales leads.

Requirements

  • Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors.
  • Access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value.
  • A review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company’s customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the general public.
