About The Position
Kaeser Compressors, Inc. is a leading supplier of industrial compressed air and vacuum systems with a global presence and a commitment to exceptional customer service and innovative solutions. We are looking for individuals with experience in an industrial service environment to join our team as a Branch Operations Manager for our LA Branch in Cypress, CA. This role is crucial for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring seamless coordination between sales and service departments, and supporting employee development.
Requirements
- Related work experience and knowledge of operations management
- High school diploma
- Good communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Nice To Haves
- Bi-lingual preferred (English and Spanish)
- SAP experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all inside sales and service operations at the branch.
- Provide continuity between sales and service to meet customer expectations.
- Primary communicator with Fredericksburg support regarding customer needs and current operations.
- Support and train new employees to ensure alignment and expectations are fully established and fulfilled.
