About The Position

Print-O-Stat is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Branch Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Allentown location. This position plays a key leadership role in supporting customers, managing branch operations, and ensuring the efficient delivery of products and services. The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for supervising branch personnel, coordinating production and delivery activities, managing inventory and vendor relationships, and supporting financial and administrative functions. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and driving operational excellence.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 5 years of office administration, operations, or business management experience
  • Experience working with CRM, ERP, or business management software for invoicing, documentation, and data entry
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
  • Ability to move throughout the office, production, and warehouse environments as required

Nice To Haves

  • Previous supervisory or office management experience preferred
  • Previous experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, collections, or related accounting functions is a plus
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support branch staff, including delivery and production team members
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Oversee daily production operations, order management, scheduling, and workflow coordination
  • Coordinate outsourced orders and maintain relationships with vendors and third-party service providers
  • Manage branch inventory, including purchasing, ordering, documentation, reporting, and inventory control processes
  • Perform and oversee administrative and accounting functions, including invoicing, cash applications, accounts receivable, accounts payable, collections, and month-end preparation activities
  • Ensure the branch facility remains organized, safe, and well-maintained
  • Oversee equipment maintenance and coordinate service and repair activities as needed
  • Manage branch fleet operations, including preventive maintenance scheduling, repair coordination, and vehicle upkeep
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and shipping activities utilizing UPS, USPS, FedEx, and other transportation providers
  • Review and approve employee time off requests and timekeeping records in accordance with company policies
  • Support branch performance through effective leadership, communication, and operational oversight
