About The Position

As a Branch Operations Assistant, you will provide operations and administrative support to the Branch Management Team and the Advisor teams. You will be instrumental in the management of the daily administrative operations of the branch, manage client account activities, and ensure compliance standards are met. This role also involves assisting with the execution and implementation of procedures to ensure compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations.

  • Financial Industry experience
  • Strong organization with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
