About The Position

At Chase, the Branch Operation Lead represents the brand and culture by creating welcoming, memorable experiences for clients and employees. The role contributes to branch success by delivering attentive service, building trusted client relationships, and sharing banking products, services, and solutions that help clients achieve their financial goals.

The position provides account servicing and maintenance, opens new accounts, assists clients with everyday banking transactions and self-service technology, and performs branch operations. It may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM. All work must comply with applicable bank policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch and provide attentive, friendly service.
• Use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
• Partner with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault or ATM, in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
