This is an opportunity for a proven Project Manager or engineering leader to step into an executive role and help shape the growth, culture, and success of a growing branch. Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience
• Proven success as a Project Manager delivering profitable, high-quality projects
• Experience leading teams and developing other professionals
• Strong project financial management and business development skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities
• A desire to build a team, grow a business, and make an impact
• 10+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering
• Proven success as a Project Manager delivering projects on time, within budget, and profitably
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and developing professional staff
• Strong understanding of project financial management, resource planning, and quality control
• Proven business development and client relationship management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to balance project delivery, client service, business development, and overall office performance
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall operations, performance, and growth of the Kyle office
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers and technical staff
• Oversee project delivery, financial performance, utilization, and quality
• Build and strengthen client relationships and business development opportunities
• Lead recruiting, staff development, and succession planning
• Collaborate with SPI's executive leadership and other offices to support firm-wide growth
• Represent SPI with clients, consultants, and the community
