This role involves handling various office responsibilities and supporting caregivers who serve vulnerable community members. Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, and interview aides based on branch needs.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on best practices, strategies, and onboarding of clinical/administrative staff.
Coordinate and ensure completion of pre-employment activities in compliance with company standards.
Conduct new employee orientation and ensure all necessary paperwork is properly completed and submitted.
Consult with the HR Manager on all employee-related matters, including corrective actions, terminations, promotions, and demotions, before any action is taken.
Assist with scheduling, call-ins, and visit verification.
