About The Position

The Branch Office Administrator (BOA) role involves teaming up with financial advisors to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. The primary role of the BOA is to provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors. BOAs are a valued part of the client support team and contribute to the company's success through their unique experiences and professional backgrounds. As a Branch Office Administrator, you will be a vital part of the team, providing seamless support to clients. You will play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. The company provides comprehensive 6-month training, including mentorship from an experienced peer, and a wide support network extending from the branch office to the region and home office. While you will often work independently, you will have a team of thousands backing you.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
  • Taking an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
  • Actively listen for situations in the clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services
  • Driving marketing activities such as planning and executing events
  • Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members.
  • Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence and supporting marketing initiatives.
  • Streamlining processes with updating SOPs and strategically execute on the branch business plan.
