About The Position

The Branch Office Administrator (BOA) role supports financial advisors in helping clients achieve their long-term financial goals. The primary responsibility is to provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of advisors. BOAs are a valued part of the client support team and contribute to the company's success through their unique experiences and professional backgrounds. The role involves providing seamless support to clients, managing client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. The company offers comprehensive training, including a 6-month program with a peer mentor, and a wide support network. BOAs are expected to deliver exceptional personalized service, actively listen for client needs, and drive marketing activities. Responsibilities

  • Delivering exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
  • Taking an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
  • Actively listen for situations in the clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services
  • Driving marketing activities such as planning and executing events
  • Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members.
  • Learn and understand the financial services industry, including account opening, handling account transfers and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor.
  • Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence and supporting marketing initiatives.
  • Streamlining processes with updating SOPs and strategically execute on the branch business plan.
