About The Position

The Branch Office Administrator (BOA) role is a fulfilling career opportunity where BOAs team up with financial advisors to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. The primary role of the BOA is to provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors. As a BOA, you will be a vital part of the team, providing seamless support to clients, playing a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. Responsibilities

  • Delivering exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
  • Taking an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
  • Actively listen for situations in the clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services
  • Driving marketing activities such as planning and executing events
  • Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions
  • Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members
  • Account opening, handling account transfers and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor
  • Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records
  • Handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence and supporting marketing initiatives
  • Streamlining processes with updating SOPs and strategically execute on the branch business plan
