About The Position

The Branch Office Administrator (BOA) role supports financial advisors in helping clients achieve their long-term financial goals. BOAs provide administrative support to financial advisors or teams of advisors. This role is a vital part of the client support team, contributing to the company's success through unique experiences and professional backgrounds. The BOA will support client accounts, facilitate communication, and ensure a positive client experience in a dynamic and rewarding environment. The company provides comprehensive 6-month training, including mentorship from an experienced peer, and a wide support network. While often working independently, BOAs are backed by a large team. Key activities include delivering personalized service, participating in annual business planning, identifying client needs for additional services, and driving marketing activities like event planning and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed.
  • Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year.
  • Actively listen for situations in the clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services.
  • Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members.
  • Learn and understand the financial services industry, including account opening, handling account transfers, and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor.
  • Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives.
  • Streamline processes by updating SOPs and strategically executing on the branch business plan.
