About The Position

The Branch Office Administrator (BOA) role is an opportunity to team up with financial advisors to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. The primary role of the BOA is to provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors. BOAs are a valued part of the client support team. As a Branch Office Administrator, you'll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You'll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and rewarding environment. We’ll give you the support you need. Our team will be there every step of the way, providing comprehensive 6-month training including an experienced peer to help mentor you, and a wide support network that extends from your branch office to your region to the home office. You’ll often work independently but will have a team of thousands backing you every step of the way.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
  • Taking an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
  • Actively listen for situations in the clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services
  • Driving marketing activities such as planning and executing events
  • Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members.
  • Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence and supporting marketing initiatives.
  • Streamlining processes with updating SOPs and strategically execute on the branch business plan.
