About The Position

REMONDIS is seeking a dynamic leader to join their team as a Branch Operations Manager in St Mary's, NSW. This role is responsible for the daily operations, managing the P&L and the people, along with operating a fully functioning site, identifying future opportunities and applying leadership acumen. This is an excellent opportunity to build on experience in waste, manufacturing, or commercial environments and be part of solving real-world problems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the waste management industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards in the waste industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• You’ll need a copy of a current licence and proof of entitlement to work in Australia.
• You’ll undergo a police check and pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or related field (preferred).
