About The Position

World Finance is seeking an energetic Branch Manager to guide customers on their financial journey. As a people-focused company, we are looking for a Branch Manager to lead and support a team dedicated to helping customers reach their financial goals. This role is ideal for a confident communicator and an optimistic forward-thinker. Team members will look to the Branch Manager for direction, motivation, and knowledge.

Thoughtfully sell new & existing World products to help customers meet their financial needs.
Support, collaborate with, and lean on the strengths and talents of your branch team.
Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within your branch.
Foster relationships in the community that organically drive loan & tax business to the branch.
