Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in the title and escrow industry
• 1+ year of direct leadership experience
• Proven success in a producing role with a strong sales mindset
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong customer base through prospecting and relationship management
• Meet and exceed production goals and sales targets
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team to achieve branch objectives
• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance
• Foster a positive, high-performance culture aligned with company values
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development
• Collaborate with other branches and departments to share best practices
• Report on branch performance, KPIs, and sales metrics to senior leadership
• Represent the company in the community and industry events
